What happens at the July 3.2007 foreclosure sale date?
I live in Corpus Christi, TX ,,,,,,, may occur if sales come up to date July 3.2007, what happened next. has the house got sold on that day or he has to go into an auction peding thirty days then goes to the highest bidder. once its sold then move out I will be served.
In Texas, 1st Tuesday of the month is the day of foreclosure auctions County Courthouse will be held at each. It's not like Most auctions may have seen you. The mortgage is anywhere they want some trustees on the steps of the courthouse and conversations in normal voice on that Tuesday. Normally, what happens to mortgage deals to the amount that will make them pay for what you owe them (the loan balance plus any Fees). Because of the rule that they end up buying and giving them a title of any other liens you currently on the house (with the possible exception might of certain tax liens). At that time they usually get out They serve notice immediately, and they will change locks. Then they will figure out how to get the best money out of the house to protect their shareholders. You can do to fix up some, or they can sell it as is.
